We offer full service along with flat fee service to sellers. Our basic flat fee service, for sellers, includes a 6-month MLS listing, up to 25 photos, yard sign, and a lockbox. Optional flat fee services would include agent support, contract review, inspection review, electronic lockbox. Each flat fee service includes syndication to national Real Estate websites.
